Get Your Mortgage Agreed
Hopefully our website has given you an idea of the different mortgage deals around, the next stage is to get your mortgage “agreed in principle, (AIP)”
Please complete the relevant form (to the right) and on receipt, one of our advisers will submit your application, in the best possible light to the most appropriate lender.
The lender will credit score * your application, so that we can confirm that you are eligible for a mortgage and let you know how much you can borrow. Results are typically returned within 24 hours.
By the time you are ready to proceed, another lender may be doing a better deal. Don’t worry; it is simple to swap at a later date.
* Most lenders will need to do a credit check to enable them to process your “AIP.” By completing the form you are consenting to this being carried out.
