Established in 2001, Mortgage Required offers whole of market, professional and friendly advice to our customers.Based in the South East of England with Head Office in Maidenhead, and other offices in Slough, Windsor, Langley, Weybridge, Walton on Thames and Southampton, our experienced consultants are available to advise on all aspects of the mortgage market.

Whole of Market Advice
Always check that your Mortgage Adviser is Whole of Market. Some advisers can only offer mortgages from a limited panel of lenders, rather than every UK lender.

Under the Financial Services Rules, any firm offering Independent advice must offer their clients a chance to pay for the advice, as opposed to the firm getting paid by the lender, which is far more usual – so here goes...
There will be no fee for Mortgage Advice. On some occasion there may be a fee for arranging a mortgage. The precise amount will depend upon our circumstances, but we estimate it to be £199

Tracy joined Mortgage Required 7 years ago, after a long career with Legal & General.
